I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. When I have spent $25 more on online renewal courses I actually took something away from it and felt it was helpful.

I suppose this course would be most beneficial to someone without a system of Franchise-required food saftey controls already firmly in place. Implementing any of the things taught in the course in my work place would be rather redundant.

My expectations for online courses were definately not met and I feel that I wasted my time. I wish I had known up front that the course would be a workbook to develop control systems and policies. My preference would have been video lessons packed with more information.
