Hopefully you remember me but I started a lemonade bottling business back in 2014 and you helped me put my HACCP Plan together for the State of Maryland.

It's been quite an adventure but we have been licensed now since August. But today the State Office of Food Protection inspected us and spent 6 hours at our facility watching us process and bottle. They told me I was one of the best small businesses they have inspected the last month. All my documentation and procedures were exactly what they are looking for.
